SATES s.r.o. company was founded in June 1994 as a successor of the former association of entrepreneurs with a business title of TES VARNSDORF, acting in the service of NC and CNC machines programming. The founding of SATES s.r.o. company was associated with the purchase of new productivity machines and enhancement with technically advanced and experienced management and operating personnel. SATES s.r.o. company have become a reliable supplier of collaborative services in metalworking, technology services and sales of lathe machines and tools. After 15 years of successful operation, SATES s.r.o. ended its production plant in Kutna Hora, and moved part of the operation to the manufacturing facility in Ceska Kamenice, which has been owned by the company since 2003. By entering the city of Ceska Kamenice, a new era began for the company. SATES s.r.o. company begins to stabilize in terms of their own lands and properties, production for our customers dynamically began to expand, the number of employees increases. Ceska Kamenice becomes the only and thus major operation of the company. With this change the company started to expand its existing portfolio of business activities by servicing in the field of building TOS Varnsdorf a.s. lathe machines, construction works in the field of manufacturing equipment, metrology services of large 3D SMS machines, lathe machines repairs including their working spindles and implementation of the machines measurement by the interferometric method including its evaluation. In the past few years, SATES s.r.o. has repeatedly become one of the best sellers of TOS Varnsdorf a.s. machines, and thus deservedly won the TOS Varnsdorf a.s. exclusivity for the sale of machines in the Czech and Slovak Republic markets. Due to changes in business strategy TOS Varnsdorf a.s. this cooperation contract terminated as at 31.12.2012. At the end of 2010, SATES s.r.o. acquired representation for the sale of Czech manufacturer SAHOS s.r.o. machines in the Czech and Slovak Republic markets and also German Saxony. Since 2011, SATES s.r.o. company represents ​​sales support of 3D SMS Japanese manufacturer MITUTOYO. SATES s.r.o. company acquired by prudent selection of exklusive representation for the sale of products made by UNION Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH Chemnitz at the Czech and Slovak Republic from the beginning of January 2013. The main motto of the company in its long history has been and always will be "speed, professionalism, responsibility and reliability" to our trading partners.
