SATES s.r.o. company achieved significant appreciation of their services based on long-term co-operation with the manufacturer of horizontal boring machines in the Czech Republic, which is TOS Varnsdorf a.s. company. In 2002 year the company was granted exclusive representation for the sale of TOS Varnsdorf a.s. machines in the territories of the Czech and Slovakia Republic which the cooperation contract was terminated at 31. 12. 2012 due to changes in business strategy of TOS Varnsdorf a.s. on the Czech and Slovak markets. SATES s.r.o. company since the beginning 2013 became the exclusive sales representative of German machine tool manufacturer UNION Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH Chemnitz in the Czech and Slovak Republic and in the future SATES s.r.o. company performs installations, waranty and post waranty services for UNION Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH Chemnitz machines sold by SATES s.r.o. company. A dealership for the sale of SAHOS, s.r.o. company machines in the same territory and in German Saxony was also agreed. We support sales activity of MITUTOYO Cesko, s.r.o. in the field of the sales of 3D SMS measuring machines and measuring instruments of Japanese manufacturer MITUTOYO. The aim of this activity is active co-operation with the customer to achieve maximum satisfaction in dealing with their specific needs. The expanded portfolio of machines, from horizontal boring machines, horizontal machining centres across vertical and portal milling centres up to machines for non-ferrous materials, allows us to achieve these customer goals with maximum effect. The scale of services can be understood as a pyramid, where the highest peak is the complete delivery of appropriately selected adjusted machine for specific component with guaranteed machining time, including tools, fixtures and equipment for the workplace as a compact and balanced functioning whole, without the customer's needs to additionally deal with or supply anything. The individual services that make up the complete business, are introduced in the list below. These services are variously combined and represented according to customer levels and needs.
